The SG label for entresto states the heart-failure ceiling as "The target dose of Entresto is 200 mg twice daily", reached by doubling "every 2–4 weeks"; for essential hypertension it states that from 200 mg once daily "the dose can be increased to 400 mg once daily" — as directed on the label or by your doctor

Ace inhibitors (enalapril, lisinopril and others): ndf: concomitant use is contraindicated and entresto must not be started until 36 hours after stopping the ace inhibitor^5,9
Other angiotensin receptor blockers (arbs): ndf: should not be co-administered, because entresto already blocks the angiotensin ii receptor⁴
Aliskiren-containing products: ndf: contraindicated in diabetes or renal impairment (egfr below 60 ml/min/1.73 m²)⁵
