Kozen-X is four layers stacked into one loop. Track every supplement you own. Catch what clashes. Read your Apple Health data to see what your body needs next. And log every dose — written straight back to Apple Health.

L1.
Layer · Data ingest

Read what's already there.

Apple Health on day one. Whoop, Garmin, Oura, Fitbit on the roadmap. Manual logging for everything that doesn't have a wearable yet. One source of truth for your training load — sleep, HRV, sweat, intensity, recovery debt.

L2.
Layer · Recommendation engine

Decide, don't describe.

Most apps tell you what you did. Kozen-X tells you what to do next. The engine reads context — workout intensity, sleep debt, hydration, HRV trend — and surfaces the single right thing to take, when, and how much. Evidence-graded, target latency under 90 seconds from signal to suggestion.

L3.
Layer · Your cabinet

Every supplement, tracked and flagged.

Add what you take and Kozen-X tracks expiry, dose and the best time of day — and checks every clash: supp × supp, supp × food, supp × medication. If a brand isn't third-party tested or has falsified data, it gets flagged.

L4.
Layer · The log

Log it once, it counts everywhere.

Every dose you log writes back to Apple Health's medication section — and sharpens the next recommendation. Buy your stack in-app or anywhere else; either way it lands in your log. In-app purchases earn Kozen Points toward future discounts.
