The rules of the shelf — what you can expect from us, and what we ask of you.
These Terms of Use ("Terms") are an agreement between you and KOZEN-X (PRIVATE LIMITED), UEN 202617407W, Singapore ("Kozen-X", "we", "us"). They govern the Kozen-X iOS app (the "App") and the kozen-x.com website. By creating an account, subscribing, or using the App or site, you agree to them. How we handle your data is covered separately in our Privacy Policy. These Terms replace the version dated 9 May 2026.
Kozen-X is a supplement tracking app: it helps you log the supplements you own, see documented interactions from published sources, keep timing straight, and view your label's serving size alongside published reference values from recognised health authorities, cited on screen.
Kozen-X is not a medical device and does not provide medical advice. It does not diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease, and it does not calculate or recommend drug dosages — where you see a number, it is a published reference value or your own product's label, shown with its source. Information in the App can be incomplete or out of date; "no documented interaction found" means exactly that, not that something is safe. Always consult your doctor or pharmacist before starting, stopping or changing a supplement or medication, especially if you take prescription medication, are pregnant or breastfeeding, or manage a health condition.
You must be at least 16 years old to use Kozen-X. You are responsible for the accuracy of what you enter, for keeping your sign-in credentials secure, and for activity under your account. One account per person; keep the email on it current. You can delete your account at any time inside the App, in the account settings — deletion is handled as described in the Privacy Policy.
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the App on Apple-branded devices that you own or control, as permitted by the App Store's Usage Rules. The App, its content, design, brand and databases remain the property of Kozen-X or its licensors. Published reference values quoted in the App remain the work of their cited sources.
Kozen-X is a tracker, not a pharmacy. Where the App links you to a third-party shop or marketplace, your purchase is made from that partner under the partner's own terms of sale, shipping, returns and privacy policy; Kozen-X is not the seller and is not a party to that transaction. Where a link is an affiliate link, it is marked in the App, we may earn a commission, and commissions never change what the App flags or recommends.
You agree not to: use the service to violate any law; probe, breach or test the security of the service; scrape, harvest or bulk-extract data; reverse-engineer the App except where law permits; misrepresent Kozen-X output as medical advice; resell or provide the service to third parties without our written agreement; or upload anything malicious. We may suspend or terminate accounts that break these Terms, and you may stop using the service at any time.
The service is provided "as is" and "as available". To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement, and we do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law, including under Singapore's Unfair Contract Terms Act. Subject to that, our total aggregate liability to you for all claims arising out of or in connection with the service is limited to the greater of (a) the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose and (b) S$50. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for decisions you make about supplements, medication or health — those belong with you and your healthcare professionals (see §1).
Because the App is distributed through Apple's App Store: these Terms are between you and Kozen-X only, not Apple, and Apple is not responsible for the App or its content. Kozen-X, not Apple, is solely responsible for the App and for providing any maintenance and support for it; Apple has no obligation whatsoever to furnish maintenance or support. In the event the App fails to conform to an applicable warranty, you may notify Apple and Apple will refund the purchase price (if any); to the maximum extent permitted by law, Apple has no other warranty obligation for the App. Kozen-X, not Apple, is responsible for addressing any claims relating to the App, including product liability, regulatory compliance and consumer protection claims, and for the investigation, defence, settlement and discharge of any third-party claim that the App infringes intellectual property rights. You represent that you are not located in a country subject to a U.S. Government embargo or designated a "terrorist supporting" country, and that you are not on any U.S. Government list of prohibited or restricted parties. You must also comply with any applicable third-party terms (for example, your wireless data agreement) when using the App. Apple and Apple's subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms and may enforce them against you. We may change or discontinue features, and we may update these Terms. If a change is material, we will give you reasonable notice in the App or by email before it takes effect; continuing to use the service after that date means you accept the updated Terms. The current version always lives at kozen-x.com/terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Singapore, and disputes are subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the Singapore courts. If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the rest remain in effect.
