1. What we collect

To do what Kozen-X does, we need some data. We limit it to what's strictly necessary.

• Account info: email, name (optional)
• Health & fitness data you choose to connect: workouts, sleep, heart rate, HRV, hydration logs
• Purchase history within the app
• Device info: OS version, app version, basic diagnostics
• Waitlist signups: email + (optional) UTM source if you arrived from a tracked link

2. What we don't do

• We don't sell your data. Ever. Not in aggregate, not anonymized, not "for research."
• We don't share health data with insurers, employers, or advertisers.
• We don't run ads in the app.
• We don't use dark patterns or hidden upsells.

3. How we use it

Your health data powers the recommendation engine. It's encrypted at rest and in transit. Only you (and your account) can see it. Our team only sees aggregated, anonymized product metrics.

4. Affiliate disclosure

When Kozen-X surfaces a SKU and you buy it, we may earn an affiliate commission. The badge is always visible on the product. Commissions never bias the recommendation engine — the engine optimises for your data, not for our margin.

• Delete your account and all associated data anytime
• Request a copy of everything we have on you

6. Singapore PDPA compliance

KOZEN-X (PRIVATE LIMITED) operates from Singapore and complies with the Personal Data Protection Act 2012. Our Data Protection Officer can be reached at privacy@kozen-x.com.

Terms of Service

Kozen-X is a health companion app that provides general wellness and supplement recommendations based on data you choose to share. It is not medical advice. For health conditions, consult a qualified healthcare provider.

2. Your account

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity under your account.

3. Purchases

Purchases through Kozen-X are fulfilled by third-party marketplace partners. Partner purchases are subject to the partner's terms of sale, shipping, and returns. Affiliate disclosure is always visible.

4. Prohibited use

You may not use the service to: violate laws, harass others, attempt to reverse-engineer or scrape the platform, or resell access without written agreement.

5. Disclaimer

Kozen-X provides information for wellness and educational purposes. We make no guarantees of specific health outcomes. You use the service at your own risk.

6. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Singapore. Disputes are subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the Singapore courts.
